Welcome to Chibi Soul - Notes & Quotes ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application. The short version: we don't collect any data.

Chibi Soul is developed by Kung Myat as a community project to help people with mindfulness and personal reflection, without any data monetization or tracking.

2. Information We Collect

None. Chibi Soul does not collect any information from you. Specifically:

• No personal information - We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information
• No usage data - We don't track how you use the app, what features you access, or how long you spend in the app
• No analytics - We don't use any analytics services like Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar
• No crash reports - We don't collect crash data or error logs
• No device information - We don't collect your device model, OS version, or unique identifiers
• No location data - We don't access or track your location

3. Your Notes and Data

All content you create in Chibi Soul, including:

• Personal notes and journal entries
• Mood selections (emoji tags on your notes)
• App settings and preferences

This data is stored locally on your device only, using Android's built-in Room database. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never transmitted over the internet
• Is never accessible to us or any third party
• Is deleted when you uninstall the app

4. Permissions

Chibi Soul requires zero permissions. We don't request access to:

• ❌ Calendar
• ❌ Any other sensitive permissions

5. Third-Party Services

Chibi Soul does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. We do not use:

• Analytics platforms
• Social media integrations
• Cloud storage services
• Crash reporting tools

6. Children's Privacy

Since we don't collect any data from anyone, Chibi Soul is safe for users of all ages. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) by default - we simply don't collect any information.

7. Data Security

Your notes are protected by Android's built-in security features. Since data never leaves your device, the security of your content depends on your device's security settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will post the new version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. However, our core commitment to collecting zero data will never change.

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, traditional data rights (access, deletion, portability) don't apply in the usual sense. You have complete control over your data:

• Access: Your notes are on your device - you can access them anytime
• Delete: Delete individual notes in the app, or uninstall to remove all data
• Export: Future versions may include export features
